The whole product is free at the moment: pricing scenarios, margin calculations, delivery tracking and portfolio reporting. No credit card, no time limit, no countdown. The limits are listed below.

Is Managed Margin free?

Yes, at the moment. The full product is free with no credit card and no time limit: compare pricing scenarios, keep the approved pricing baseline, and track planned vs actual margin. See project pricing software, project margin tracking software or how it works.

Why is it free?

No catch, but no permanent promise either. We're still learning what teams actually need, so free access in exchange for your feedback is worth more to us right now than revenue would be.

Will it stay free?

Probably not forever. We intend to keep a free tier and will announce any paid plans here first, but that's an intention, not a guarantee — the current offer can change.

What are the current limits?

The current plan allows 10 projects per workspace (including archived ones) and 10 purchase orders per project. Scenarios and team members are uncapped — tell us before working around a limit you've hit.
